Clearly, it doesn’t take a lot for you to get to know me. I’m pretty open about my life, and I view vulnerability as a huge strength. I feel that people open up more if you’re willing to open up first.

But for more practical information, I’m Jenn. I grew up in a suburb outside of Philadelphia, PA, and Philly still runs in my blood. However, I currently live in a small town near Dayton, OH called Xenia. And let me tell you, I have totally immersed myself in small town life. I love Xenia.

I got married to my husband, Stuart, in 2012, and we have two wonderful and adorable boys (most of the time) named Knox and Zeke. We also have a beloved pup named Crosby.

My time is mostly taken up by spending time with my family, substitute teaching at my boys’ elementary school, and lots of reading.

I LOVE READING. I love books. I never go anywhere without a book in my bag or purse. I get made fun of because of it. But it’s all in good fun. I love my friends so very much. Both in Xenia, back home in Philly or somewhere else fabulous.

A fun, random fact about me…like I said, Philly still runs strong in my blood, and evidently I have a Philly accent. Just the other day some of the kids in my son’s class were laughing because I pronounce the word “orange” like “AR-ange.” And yes I say “bagel,” “bag,” and some other words with a Philly accent, but I do not say “wooder” for water.
